All Sales Are Subject To Our Return Policy
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with the product purchased from SOLO, and we have been given the opportunity to resolve the situation at no cost to you at the place where the pool table was delivered, you may return it within 30 days of the attempted resolution appointment by one of our certified installers to receive a refund. Items must be returned to SOLO at the buyer’s expense and to a location determined by SOLO upon your reporting that you wish to return the item. A 20% restocking fee will apply to each return. Each returned item must be received in new, saleable condition and in its original, new, saleable packaging.
Cancellations & Missed Deliveries
Cancellations or missed delivery appointments for personal or non-business-related reasons may result in the following charges:
- Two-way shipping costs (outbound and return freight, if applicable)
- 20%–25% restocking fee, depending on the product and stage of fulfillment
- Non-refundable payment processing fees, including credit card or Shopify fees ranging from 3.5% to 5.9%
- Any applicable installation costs
These fees reflect costs incurred during order processing, handling, logistics coordination, and payment processing.
Damages Upon Delivery
Your product should be inspected thoroughly before accepting delivery from a shipper or installer. If damage during transport is discovered, you must refuse the shipment without offering any signatures to drivers or installers, and report the issue immediately to SOLO so we can resolve the situation for you. Once a freight company has collected your signature, they relieve themselves from responsibility and complicate the return policy. We cannot guarantee that replacement parts or returns will be available to you after damaged products have been accepted as “in good condition.”
Delivery Appointments
Please ensure that someone is available and that the delivery location is ready at the scheduled appointment time. Missed or refused deliveries may be treated as a cancellation and subject to the fees outlined above.
