Process:

1. The table is shipped to our professional installers.

2. Installers check the table for damage before delivery.

3. They schedule a convenient delivery and installation appointment with you.

4. On the day of delivery, installers assemble the table in your home or business, ensuring everything is set up properly and ready to play.

Installation Options & Pricing:

• Residential – Ground Floor: Delivery and setup on a main or ground-level floor. $699

• Residential – Upstairs: Delivery and setup on an upper-level floor. $799

• Commercial Installation: Delivery and setup in a business or commercial space. $999

Note: Once a pool table is professionally installed, the order is considered final and non-returnable.

Returns, cancellations, or missed delivery appointments due to personal reasons may incur the following fees:

• Two-way shipping costs

• 20–25% restocking fee

• Non-refundable credit card/Shopify fees (3.5%–5.9%)

• Any applicable installation costs
