Professional Installation ensures your table is delivered safely, set up correctly, and ready for use without any hassle.

Process:

1. The table is shipped to our professional installers.

2. Installers check the table for damage before delivery.

3. They schedule a convenient delivery and installation appointment with you.

4. On the day of delivery, installers assemble the table in your home or business, ensuring everything is set up properly and ready to play.

Installation Options & Pricing:

• Residential – Ground Floor: Delivery and setup on a main or ground-level floor. $699

• Residential – Upstairs: Delivery and setup on an upper-level floor. $799

• Commercial Installation: Delivery and setup in a business or commercial space. $999

Note: Once a pool table is professionally installed, the order is considered final and non-returnable.

With Curbside Delivery, the table is delivered to your address but does not include setup. You are responsible for unloading the table from the delivery truck.

Optional Lift Gate Service: Available for an additional fee if your delivery requires it.

Customer Responsibilities:

• Inspect all boxes and pallets upon delivery.

• Note visible damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL) and take photos.

• Refuse the shipment if the table or packaging is damaged.

• Report any concealed damage (discovered after opening) within 24 hours.

Damage Coverage:
If damage is reported correctly, we will repair or replace the item at no cost.
If you sign for the delivery as “clear” or fail to report damage within 24 hours, refund or replacement rights are forfeited.

Returns, cancellations, or missed delivery appointments due to personal reasons may incur the following fees:

• Two-way shipping costs

• 20–25% restocking fee

• Non-refundable credit card/Shopify fees (3.5%–5.9%)

• Any applicable installation costs

Yes! We offer Free Shipping Across the Continental U.S. (Excluding Alaska and U.S. Islands).
